FREE MOVEMENT FOR EU CITIZENS

Freedom of movement and residence for persons in the EU is the cornerstone of Union citizenship, which was established by the Treaty of Maastricht in 1992. Being an Italian citizen allows you to establish your residence, without any kind of visa or residence permit, in any country within the European Union, such as France, UK, Germany, Spain, etc.
Freedom of movement also implies more job opportunities for people with Dual Nationality. Many employers within the EU union give preference to people who have citizenship of a EU country

FREE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Italy provides free medical assistance, hospitals and medical benefits to its citizens. In Italy, healthcare is considered a fundamental right of the citizen.
Most treatments are free or low-cost, including consults with a general physician, hospital visits, lab work, and medications.
Furthermore, Italy ranks among the World Health Organization’s top 10 countries for quality health services (by contrast, the U.S. only holds 37th place, despite being the highest spender).
